Dehumidification is not optional in Florida. Running relative humidity above 60% through late flower is an open invitation to botrytis, particularly in dense hybrid strains. Target 45–55% RH during flower and invest in an appropriately sized dehumidifier for the space. Air conditioning is equally essential — Florida's summer ambient temperatures routinely exceed 90°F, and grow lights compound that heat load. Mini-split systems sized to the room's wattage load are a common solution for small to medium indoor rooms.
